Heat Input:
• 500,000 BTU/HR direct fired burner, Maxon# 405 Ovenpak with 40:1 turndown ratio
• Includes a combustion air blower with a 1/3 HP motor (230/460V, 3-phase) and non-sparking paddle wheeltype
impeller, spark igniter, stainless steel discharge sleeve, flame rod, mixing cone, and self-contained
internal air and gas proportioning valves.
Re-circulating blower:
• Heavy duty centrifugal plug fan providing 5,500 cfm (approx. 6 air changes per minute).
• 18” plug fan with a 5 HP motor (230/460V, 3 phase), v belt drives, and belt guard
Exhaust blower:
• Spark resistant belt drive blower providing 550 cfm
• 10” fan with a 1/4 HP motor (230/460V, 3 phase) and belt guard
Construction Features:
• Combination side and up flow duct with adjustable louvers for special airflow balancing. Air is heated in the
burner box and gets drawn to the side duct that runs across the entire length of the oven on both sides.
Return air is drawn up through the top rear of the oven.
• 4” tongue and groove insulated panels with side and middle support channels (slotted for minimum heat
transfer) and filled with 4# mineral wool insulation.
• Aluminized steel interior and exterior for maximum corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
• Industrial heavy duty insulated doors with high temperature door gaskets, high temperature door seals,
explosive venting door latch, heavy duty bar lock assembly, and heavy duty door handles.
• Oven is shipped completely knocked down on skids.
• Burner controls, will be factory hardwired to an electrical gutter on the burner box.
Controls:
• U.L listed electrical panel for motor control and flame control. (480V. 3-phase required)
• Yokogawa digital temperature controller for constant temperature with:
• Universal input for thermocouple

• 4-20 mA output signal
• Yokogawa temperature controller for high temperature limit with:
